Hotel Policies
|
We are pleased to have you in our hotel and we certainly want to make your visit safe and pleasurable. While taking all possible efforts to ensure your comfort and safety, we can only succeed with your cooperation. These House Rules and Regulations are designed for your protection as well as the rest of our Guests. In the event that these rules are violated, the Hotel Management has the right to terminate the Guest’s stay or make him/her liable for the consequences of the violation.
1. SMOKING inside the Villa is prohibited.
2. A CORKAGE FEE of 50% of the value will be applied for all food and drinks brought inside the hotel.
3. The swimming pool is EXCLUSIVELY for Guests only. Proper Swimwear is a MUST when using the pool.
4. PARTIES are not allowed inside the villas.
5. In-House Guest should inform the Front Desk if they are expecting any visitors. All visitors are required to present a valid I.D. before entering the premises of the hotel.
6. Maximum of (2) adults and (2) kids 7 years old below only per villa. One (1) additional adult is chargeable of Php1, 500.00 for extra bed with breakfast.
7. NO PETS are allowed inside the villas or at the ASIAN SPICES RESTAURANT.
8. NO FIREARMS AND/OR DEADLY WEAPONS allowed. |

Cancellation should be advised 3 days before the arrival date. If cancellation is made 2 days before the arrival date, one night rate will be charge from your initial deposit. Same policy applies for NO SHOW guest. |
