*HOUSE RULES*
ROOM CAPACITY
Standard room capacity shall be enforce:
*Studio Deluxe - 2 adults and 2 kids below seven years old
*One Bedroom Suite - 2 adults and 2 kids below seven years old
*Two Bedroom Suite - 4 adults and 2 kids below seven years old
In replacement of the children, a minimal fee of Php682.50 net per person shall be charge. The Management reserved the right not to provide accommodation to guest in excess of the required room capacity.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A Security Deposit via Cash or Credit card per room is required upon check in.
*Studio Deluxe - Php2, 000
*One Bedroom Suite - Php2, 000
*Two Bedroom Suite - Php3, 000
The rendered Security Deposit is refundable upon check out if guest does not have any damages or missing item inside the room.

SAFEKEEPING
For safekeeping purposes, please deposit your room key at the Front Office every time you leave the Hotel premises. Front Office personnel shall verify your name and other basic information upon retrieving you room key. All rooms are equipped with a locking device. Please keep your door closed at all times. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to guest valuables resulting from guest's failure to abide the Hotel's House Rules.

VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed inside the Hotel premises after 10pm. Hotel guest may entertain their visitors in common areas of the Hotel. No House Parties are permitted at anytime.

ACCOMMODATION
1. All NDD & IDD calls shall be coursed through the Front Office corresponding telephone charges shall be billed accordingly.
2. Throwing, droppinf of any item from the Hotel Windows and balconies is strictly prohibited.
3. Sitting at the veranda handrail is absolutely prohibited.
4. Drinking alcoholic beverages in public areas is prohibited.
5. Barbecue grills are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
6. Room set-up should not be rearranged. Losses and damages of any hotel properties shall be charged accordingly.
7. Any additional item in excess of what is provided inside the room shall be charged accordingly.
8. Hanging of clothes in the Veranda is strictly prohibited.
9. Food preparation and cooking inside the room is STRICTLY prohibited. A microwave unit is set up inside the room for heating purposes only.
10. Bringing in or reheating of food that has an offensive smell is not allowed.

Check-in time is at 3:00PM
Requests for early check-in between 9AM to 1PM is subject to room availability. A half day charge shall be imposed on the confirmed date.
Early check-in will be charged PHP 200 per hour.

Check-out time is at 12:00NN
Requests for late check-out between 1PM to 5PM is subject to room availability. A half day charge shall be imposed on the confirmed date.
Early check-in will be charged PHP 200 per hour.

Cancellation should be done 72 hours or 3days before the arrival of the guest. Late cancellation will be charge equivalent to 1night charge. No show charge is equivalent to the whole duration of stay.
